Returns

As we are a small brand, we are currently not accepting returns unless an item is faulty, in which case we may offer an exchange. All items are quality assessed before shipping, but on the rare occasion that this does happen, please contact us within 7 days from the original shipping date with images of the fault via admin@tru-id.co.uk along with your order number and reason for exchange.

We understand that some items may not fit as expected, so we will also offer an exchange in this case. However, please read the size guide section and item description section carefully to avoid purchasing the incorrect size.

All items must be unworn and in original condition with all original tags and packaging to be exchanged. Items with signs of wear (including strong fragrance odours) will not be accepted for exchange. 

Repeated requests for exchange of items may be declined.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
